Printcraft is operated by Global Business Center FZE, a registered business in the UAE under Industrial Licence No. 4416895. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services provided by Printcraft, operating under the name of Global Business Center FZE. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our platform.

Section 1 – Eligibility and Formation of Contract

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements.
• The order you place constitutes a contractual offer that we may accept or reject at our discretion.
• The contract is formed only once we confirm your order in writing or via email.

Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is accepted and production has commenced, cancellations or modifications may incur charges or be denied entirely.

Section 2 – Order Approval and Artwork Responsibility

This section outlines your responsibilities as a user when submitting artwork or designs for print. Since most of our products are customised, we rely on the files you provide to begin production. It is important to ensure that the files you submit are correct and meet our technical standards.

• You are fully responsible for the content, layout, and accuracy of any artwork or materials submitted.
• We do not make changes to your files unless requested and agreed upon. Any modifications will result in a new proof for your approval.
• We provide digital proofs only. It is your responsibility to review and approve the proof before printing proceeds.
• Once approved, we will not be held liable for errors including, but not limited to, spelling, grammar, layout, colour shifts, and image resolution.

Section 3 – Production and Delivery Timeline

Printcraft offers three levels of production service to accommodate different user needs:

• Standard: Regular production timeline.
• Urgent: Expedited production with additional charges.
• Next Day: Priority production with next-day dispatch, subject to extra fees.

Production begins only after payment confirmation, order confirmation, and final artwork approval. Estimated delivery dates shown on product pages are not guaranteed and may vary due to unforeseen delays or external factors.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information or circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries are considered complete once the shipment reaches the address provided, regardless of who receives the parcel.

Section 4 – Over/Under Runs

In commercial printing, slight variations in quantity are a normal part of the production process. This section outlines our policy regarding minor overages or shortages and how they are handled to maintain fairness and transparency. We strive to deliver the exact quantity ordered, but due to standard industry tolerances:

• We reserve the right to deliver up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
• Overruns will be delivered at no extra cost.
• Underruns will not be subject to compensation unless exceeding 10%, in which case a refund or reprint will be considered.

Section 5 – Prices and Payments

Payments must be made in full before production begins, unless credit terms have been formally agreed upon in writing. For orders processed via bank transfer, we accept a 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% due prior to dispatch. Credit arrangements are available for eligible clients, but must be requested and approved in writing before any order is placed. Please note that production or delivery delays due to pending payments are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Section 6 – Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

• Due to the personalised nature of printed products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or the error is attributable to us.
• Claims for defects, non-delivery, or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery, along with photographic evidence.
• If a claim is approved, we may choose to reprint or refund the affected portion of the order.
• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect files or customer errors.

Section 7 – Intellectual Property

• All designs, content, and templates on our website are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.
• Any files submitted by you must not infringe on third-party rights. You are solely responsible for securing the rights to use such material.
• You agree to indemnify us against any legal claims or costs arising from content provided by you.

Section 8 – Promotions and Discount Codes

• Promotional codes may be applied during checkout, subject to conditions and expiration.
• Only one promotion may be used per order.
• Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively or combined.
• Offers may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.

Section 9 – Quality and Colour Variations

• Minor colour variations are common due to the nature of CMYK printing and screen-to-print discrepancies.
• We do not guarantee colour matching to screen previews or previously printed materials.
• Printcraft.ae is not liable for variations due to customer-supplied files that do not meet our technical requirements.
• Final printed colours may differ by ±10% from the Pantone, existing colour sample, or formula guide provided by the user.
• A colour variation of ±10% is expected between the final print and the digital sample provided by Printcraft.

Section 10 – Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business interruption or loss of profit.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence.

Section 11 – Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses, claims, costs, or liabilities arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Any third-party claim related to materials you submitted.
• Your misuse of the website or our services.

Section 12 – Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfil our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, shipping disruptions, or regulatory restrictions.

Section 13 – Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and cancel orders if we believe you are in violation of these Terms or any applicable law, without prior notice or liability.

Section 14 – Privacy and Data Security

We are committed to protecting your personal data. All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with UAE data protection laws.

Section 15 – Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.

Section 16 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
