At Printcraft, we take pride in the quality of our products and services and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Every product is custom-made or custom printed based on the specifications, artwork, and quantities approved by the customer. As such, If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist you subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
We accept return requests within 03 days of receiving your order, only under the following circumstances:
▸ The order received contains an error or defect not present in the approved proof
▸ The delivered order details is incomplete or missing on approved items
▸ The product is damaged during transit
To be eligible for a return:
▸ The item must be in its original packaging and include the full delivered quantity.
▸ You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase
▸ You must notify us via email at hello@printcraft.ae, including a clear explanation of the issue and supporting photos (if applicable)
We do not accept returns or refund requests once the “user” “customer” has approved the final order/proof. By approving the order/proof, you confirm that all details including design, content, size, quantity, and specifications are correct. If the delivered product matches the approved proof and job details, we cannot accept any claims for errors or dissatisfaction that were not raised prior to approval.
We encourage all customers to thoroughly review all order details, artwork proofs, specifications, and quantities before confirming their order. Once an order is approved and sent into production, changes may not be possible.
We aim to conduct our business with fairness, honesty, and integrity. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If your return is approved and qualifies for a refund, you will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, and please allow up to 8-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the return is the result of an error on “us” Printcraft, such as a printing defect or incorrect job based on the approved proof we will cover the return costs and provide a prepaid-return. For all other return requests, including those not caused by our error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.
